Like clearly something is wrong with me. But I hate the idea of self diagnosing myself, and I can’t talk to a parent cause she’ll just say that’s all “normal”, I really have to wait till I’m 18(I’m 16 rn)

for everyone commenting saying im not bipolar, you DONT know MY story. i am in a health career class and have learned about symptoms about bipolar disorder. i have had past psychotic experiences. and those experiences are none of your guys business. i simply made a tiktok, not a video to be judged on.

i was misdiagnosed with MDD at 13. I suspected BPD because i fit all of the DSM5 requirements for it, but was later diagnosed with ADHD and bipolar 2. i understand that you may feel like you have something else, but honestly it’s so hard to diagnose yourself because you have bias. just be extra cautious with things like that, and remember to be safe and kind to yourself.

Bipolar girl here who’s diagnosed. I think we need to understand some people can’t get that diagnosis for whatever reason and ppl do ofc have the disorder before they are diagnosed obviously! Not saying to self diagnosis without proper research but let’s not immediately assume someone hasn’t got it ❤️
