I was in Rome two weeks ago. A shopkeeper who is a local gave me a list of places to eat. Best pizza in Rome (not Neapolitan style), best handheld, best pasta, best tiramisu, etc.

We ate at Antico Arco on your list when we were just in Rome. It was excellent. For a super fancy tasting menu I’d recommend Glass Hostaria. So good.
