Take a break sometimes you don’t need to take ur meds 7 days a week if you don’t have to. Try not taking on the weekends. You need a t break lol

Your body is used to it. You have to go up. I would switch to Adderall. That’s what I had to do.

Technically vyvanse is more studied for children and the doses are geared for children. Adults need a higher dose. Talk with you doctor. Let them know your medication isn’t working. Vyvanse is chemically structured differently from Adderall and it takes time to metabolize and chemically react to work. Take it with protein. Most importantly though talk with your doctor. Be careful about talking about depression lots of times women get labeled with depression instead of did having thier adhd addressed. We are often dismissed and told we are having anxiety and depression instead of being adequately treated. That doesn’t mean you should ignore depression symptoms it’s more just be aware that it’s common for women to not be treated correctly for adhd when the mention depression. I’m not a Dr. this is not medical advice. It’s Anecdotal and should be taken with a grain of salt. Most importantly talk with your dr.
