So many ppl are walking around untreated because it’s not a normal practice to do mental evaluations until needed. So hearing somebody saying they the wrong gender you will do that. If we make mental evaluations a mandatory thing every year we will see that there are a lot more non transgender ppl with mental health problems

The body and mind work together. Autism and being transgender is not a mental health issue. On mental health illness that’s a medical issue and we still don’t know enough to treat mental health illnesses adequately with the mind and body

Can we not affirm the feeling without going ‘directly’ into the physical change? Like I don’t ‘feel’ like a ‘woman’ as in the way women are represented, I don’t align with what most women feel or go through and my mentality is more similar to a ‘guys/masculine’ mentality…whether I change my physical body or now won’t change the way that I think and feel…but for me I realised I can be however I want to be and accepted that I’m going to be treated differently in certain area’s, I went towards more spaces that just allowed me to ‘be’ as I am, irrespective of my physical gender, I’m in the place now where I am physically a woman but it doesn’t stop me from doing what I want to do or feel like doing, I just do it…I think we should take time to figure out if it’s more that we actually want to ‘physically’ be a man or woman, or we ‘feel’ like we associate more with being a man or a woman…I think that distinction matters

Your choice and can be covered by insurance most times yet abortion is not legal? In any circumstances is wild. Be who you want and do what feels right when you are an adult but yes children should be listened to and treated more before major changes are made to the body
