I disagree, people have their own past and experiences. There’s always going to be more than one perspective, perhaps considering kindness can lighten the load of helping each other.

In normal circumstances I would agree but it’s absolutely unfair to take that view without knowing and understanding why that person does whatever behavior “you” want changed. This requires communication and time not just one sided demands.
