it does get busy in the evenings but I've never really had any problems or ways it affects my workouts. most of my time is spent on the turf for functional training though and on one of the two self propelled treadmills (that are always open). I liked the yoga classes I took, and then I think their lifting class is interesting cuz it seems like a great way to learn lifts safely, have a controlled lifting environment that's still going to challenge you, and means you don't need your own routine plan (but I haven't done that class yet). love the equipment capacity of the place as well

Soooooooo I've gotta echo some other folks on here and say......CHECK OUT BOB'S! I saw you say something about staffed hours. They're there from 10A to 8P M - TH, 10A to 7P Fri, and 10A to 2P Sat.

I go to this gym. I go at 4am because it’s absolutely dead until about 5:30 then it gets busy. I refuse to go after 5:30 because of how busy it gets
