It also has a history and an intimacy that Disney World cannot replicate. Walt Disney himself walked those streets and some of the original 1955 attractions are still running. For a lot of Disney fans it feels more personal. Disney World is a 40-square-mile resort in Orlando with four full theme parks, two water parks, Disney Springs, and over 25 on-site resort hotels. It requires more days, more planning, and a different approach entirely. The scope is unmatched but so are the decisions involved.
