stress really affects EVERYTHING 😭 your sleep, hormones, digestion, mood, energy… people underestimate how much constant stress can wear your body down over time. I remember feeling mentally drained, bloated, exhausted all the time and nothing I tried really worked long term. Crazy! When my 2-year old is having a breakdown, we play a game, 1-2-3 Screaming where we just scream at the top of our lungs. We follow it with 1-2-3 Laughing. The fake laughing always leads to real laughter and she’s usually fine afterwards. Nice to know I was doing it right!

I recently started shaking like wiggling the hips as the hips hold on to trauma, I also started gardening to help me like Im moving forward. Not sure if that makes sense but hope that helps
