@meganvsgluten: Sprouts had some AMAZING deals today!!! Including Carbonaut bread for $1.49! I’ve only ever tried their white bread, so I’m excited to see what the seeded + cinnamon raisin are like! Scanned all these new brands on the @Fig App just to make sure they’re all gluten free and safe for me to eat!! It’s so helpful for me and my wife, especially when looking through all the gf items at stores we don’t usually get to go to! #celiac #glutenfree #figpartner #sprouts #groceryshopping

Why does Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) actually develop? For years, pop psychology told people it was a character flaw or entirely bad parenting—but modern neuroscience tells a much more accurate and compassionate story. In this video, we're taking a deep dive into Marsha Linehan’s Biosocial Theory: the collision between a hyper-reactive biological nervous system and an invalidating environment. We’ll look at what’s happening in the brain—from an overactive amygdala to a lagging prefrontal cortex—and break down why BPD traits aren't a random glitch but an adaptive survival mechanism created to navigate an environment that didn't know how to handle your emotional intensity. Whether you have BPD, love someone who does or just want to understand the neuroscience of emotional dysregulation, drop your thoughts and experiences in the comments! 📌 Subscribe to the weekly newsletter for deeper psychological insights: doctorbellingrodt.com Want help with BPD?
