cheesy potato corndog🧀🥔🌭 Ingredients: 500g potatoes 1 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp black pepper Mozzarella cheese 2 sausages, cut in half Coating: Cornstarch or flour 1 egg, beaten Panko bread crumbs Instructions: 1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. 2. Boil for about 10-12 minutes, or until fork-tender. 3. Transfer to a bowl and let them cool slightly. 4. Add the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, then mash until well combined. Divide into 4 portions. 5. Cut the sausages in half. Cut the mozzarella into pieces the same length as the sausage halves. 6. Skewer the sausage and mozzarella onto sticks. 7. Wrap the mashed potato mixture around each sausage and cheese skewer until fully coated. 8. Coat in cornstarch, then dip into beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. 9. Fry in medium-high heat oil until golden brown and crispy. 10.
