I’ve read so many gluten sensitive people who were able to have bread that was made from FRESHLY milled flour. Getting a flour mill is such a great investment if it’s within your means 🥰✨

Alhandulillah I've been making sourdough bread weekly, for few years. I don't get any gut issue from it as I used to from store brought bread.

How do you make whole wheat flour sourdough ? Did you try "flour milled from the whole grain, nothing removed" to bake a sourdough ?

I am born coeliac so non of these flours will help at all, anything contaminated makes me so ill. only millet flour and corn flour I tried I didn't have any issues as they don't contain gluten.
