The way My sleep has been off - Keep in mind I Am a sleeper. Not wanting to kick it, or even go outside, while simultaneously craving sunlight. Usually I Am always cleaning, but for the past 3 days, just kept looking at everything, saying I need to get this place in order. Friday May 1st finally cleaned up, managed to go grocery shopping, cooked, and did some laundry. Hopefully this is the shift Ive been needing!!!
