Well I don’t know which train or which time you are riding but perhaps you are riding outside of rush hours? During this time everyone can ride the train. Those compartment only works during the 7-9am and 5pm-9pm.

A lot of the female only cars only last until 9:30 AM. Others I saw only last until the weekends. Depends which line I guess

its for certain hours. Usually after work since everyone is rushing to get home some problems are more common during those times. The times its enforced are probably written on the door or inside!

There’s sign at the screen door (before you board) showing the timings it’s in effect.. not sure where you’re looking, but please be alert of your surroundings rather than at your own self-recordings
