So here’s my unpopular take. Comedic wrestling hurts the WWE and should stay in the indies. The WWE poses itself as a sport. That’s the kayfabe behind it right? So when people are “playing the sport” that shouldn’t be “playing the sport” like a Tozawa, or Danhausen. It takes me out of the immersion. There’s no real motivation behind those characters, no true goal to actually dominate the sport.

Honestly he does have a point slightly you have more comedic takes now than actual sport cause if you looked back in the era of aggression you have Randy Orton, CM Punk, John Cena, Undertaker, you have these serious gimmicks instead of all these comedic ones. Cause as much as I like seeing Roman fight I hate the Tribal Chief storyline I feel like no one's heart is actually in it and they're just doing what they're told.
