12 days of oatmas day 9🎄mince pie baked oats 🥧 Mince pie is definitely not the healthiest dessert in the world, so if you’re craving one for breakfast, make this instead 🕺 🎄recipe🎄 50g of oat flour 30g of vanilla vegan protein powder (I used @Prozis_official code FITFOODIEJULES) 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder 150ml of water or milk For the mincemeat: (serves ~2) One apple, finely chopped 2 tbs orange juice + 1 tsp orange zest 20g of raisins 20g of cranberries 10g of slivered almonds 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg Pinch of cloves 2 tbs water In a small pot, combine all the ingredients for the mincemeat, and cover with a lid stirring occasionally. Cook until apples are soft and water has evaporated. Preheat oven to 180° (350F). Combine all the ingredients for the oats to form a batter, then mix in a small amount of the mincemeat. Pour the batter into an oven-safe dish/ramekin. Top the oats with more mincemeat, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy! #oats #bakedoats #christmasrecipes #proteinoats #healthybreakfast
