We had a manager that would defend us to the customer and then after the customer left pull us aside and tell what we did wrong if we did in fact do something wrong during the interaction. I miss her so much but hope she's enjoying her retirement!

One time my mom ordered a grilled cheese and when it came, she was like “what is THIS?! I ordered a BLT!” And me and my sister shut her down SO fast!! We were like no you didn’t! And apologized profusely to the waitress who had looked scared lol
