there's u.s. backed programs for african and Asian immigrants. programs like usdaf help. so its not the same even though I agree with alot of your points.

You really believe it’s this simple when there are things such as redlining also when you literally have things such as the Tulsa massacre where black Americans literally start up their own community fair and square it gets destroyed set back black families generationally. You’d have to be extremely ignorant to believe systemic racism isn’t a thing or that it simply disappeared

Your correct with the fact that black culture does need to be changed, but you sounded incredibly ignorant with that immigrant and 400 years part. ALOT has happened in the past 400 years at the hands of whites that significantly stunted the growth of Black Americans (which also do tie into the culture as well) so for you to just completely skip over that and try to pin it back on the black community tells me you more than likely aren’t very well versed in the history of this country.
