Hot Honey Chicken Sliders 🍔 Ingredients Chicken: 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into slider-size pieces ½ cup buttermilk 2 tbsp pickle juice 1–2 tbsp hot sauce 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp garlic powder Coating: ½ cup cornstarch ¼ cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt For frying: Oil for frying Hot Honey Glaze: 3–4 tbsp honey Hot sauce, to taste 1 tbsp butter ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to spice level) ½ tsp smoked paprika Garlic Butter: 2 tbsp melted butter Dried parsley For assembly: Slider buns Ranch dressing Pickles Instructions In a bowl, combine buttermilk, pickle juice, hot sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 15–30 minutes for extra flavor and tenderness. In another bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Remove the chicken from the marinade and coat each piece well, pressing the coating onto the chicken for a crispy texture. Heat oil over medium heat and fry the chicken in batches until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked through. Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel. For the hot honey glaze, combine honey, hot sauce, butter, cayenne, and smoked paprika in a small pan over low heat. Stir until smooth and glossy. Drizzle over the chicken or lightly toss to coat. Spread ranch on the bottom buns, add the crispy chicken, then top with pickles. Add a little more ranch to the top buns and close the sliders.
