@lifespan.expert: David Sinclair shares one of the most mind-bending discoveries in aging biology… At the moment of conception… You’re not “young”. Biologically, the embryo initially reflects the age of the parents. Meaning: If your parents were 30… You started as ~30 years old. Then something incredible happens. Around day 7 to 9 after conception… Your body hits a reset switch. Your biological age is wiped back to zero. A true rejuvenation event. This is called a reprogramming phase… Where cellular age is reset and development begins fresh. Why does this matter? Because it proves something fundamental: Aging is not just wear and tear. It’s a process that can be reset. And if biology already knows how to do it once… The big question is: Can we learn to do it again later in life? That’s exactly what longevity research is trying to figure out. — Fair use disclaimer: This content is used for educational and informational purposes under fair use. I wish this guy would hurry up and get the solution of reverse aging everybody so we could take advantage of it. I'd love to be 25 again physically.

If you want to think of it like that then you have to consider a little later because the egg was made in the first few weeks when the mother was a foetus herself inside the grandmother. So it would be 30 years and 9 months.

He must mean the egg from mom, which is present when she is born. Sperm grows and matures after two months, so that would be impossible
