@chickensandveg: WAIT… have I just planted my first tomatoes of the season?! 🍅 I love making the most of every bit of space, and hanging baskets help me do just that. And they can be productive, not just full of flowers. I always come back to growing tomatoes up here. Tumbling Toms are my go-to, but anything trailing or compact works beautifully… varieties like Ruby Falls, Tumbling Tom Yellow, or even a Rainbow Drops mix if I want a bit of colour. I plant them into rich compost with added vermiculite, keep the watering steady (they dry out quickly in baskets), and start feeding once the flowers appear. Then I just let them spill over the sides and get on with it 🍅
