@livingourmemories: Tap for details ✨ I am such a sucker for a beautiful spot in nature, and these are some of the best (in my opinion) in Europe: Stausee Steg 🇱🇮 One of the most underrated & breathtaking spots that I’ve been to. The whole country is gorgeous (think mountains and fairy tale-like castles), but this lake stole the show. Lago di Carezza 🇮🇹 A tiny alpine lake that looks completely unreal, famous for its emerald water and the way the Dolomites reflect perfectly in it. Go early or at sunset for the calmest views. It’s also only a really short walk from the car park to get here (around 5mins) Eibsee 🇩🇪 One of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. The water is so blue, and the mountains surrounding it are incredible. You can swim in it or hike around. Lake Jasna 🇸🇮 Despite actually being man-made, this is one of the most beautiful spots I’ve visited. Crystal-clear water with views of the Julian Alps, it’s just as stunning in real life. Perfect for a swim in summer or a walk around the lake. Lauterbrunnen Valley 🇨🇭 Straight out of a storybook. Think dramatic cliffs, 70+ waterfalls, and tiny villages tucked into the valley; it’s one of the most magical places in Switzerland. Douro Valley 🇵🇹 Rolling vineyards, winding river views, and golden light at sunset. It’s one of the best places in Europe for a slower, beautiful escape (and incredible wine and port 🍷).
