@jadsaad121: Pappardelle with Lamb Ragu Recipe: Fry ground lamb and italian fennel sausage until brown and remove. Add 3 anchovies, fennel, shallots, leeks, garlic, red chili flakes and cook for 2mins. Deglaze with white wine and reduce. Add the meat back and add parmesan rind, a bouquet garni(rosemary, parsley, thyme and bayleaves) then cover with chicken stock and cook on a low heat for 2 hours. Take a serving ladle of the sauce and add pasta with a ladle of pasta water and mix. Turn the heat off, add compound butter(butter, parsley, rosemary, chives, lemon zest, s&p) and parmesan and mix.
