ok now I’m hungry 😅 but meals like this remind me how confused I used to be about food… I was always bloated, tired, low energy no matter what I ate. I tried so many “healthy” things and nothing actually worked, felt stuck. then someone in a womens group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green and I tried it… 28 lbs down, flat belly, energy back. my favourite one tbh, feels like secret info nobody shares

Greeks we dont use cumin or yoghurt for the marinade. just oregano,olive oil,salt,pepper, paprika.🥰
