In the past I took my prenatal pills because I was lactating.I completed my master degree course work at that time (4-5:30 M-F Saturdays 4-8 when my boys didn’t have flag football and 4-6 a.m. when they did) with four kids while working as a hs teacher.Now 25 years later I take my b- complex with c (Meijer)and iron before sleep by 10 and I wake up 5:30 to prepare for class to 6:30.
