If it’s in a burger bun it’s a burger regardless it’s fish, chicken or beef/lamb patty In between and sometimes a lovely portobello mushroom. We call it burger in Sydney or even in Singapore and Malaysia, stop making a fuss. Sandwich are between other breads like a sub or sliced bread which ever variety of sliced bread you like.
