Maybe staying on suboxone long term would be helpful to you. I prefer sublocade but I know not everyone can afford the shot. I think MAT meds long term have a place in recovery, and help heal the brain from chaotic use.

you can definitely do this!!! i was a 7oh junkie not too long ago. i had 13yrs sober and then i walked into a smoke shop for some help w anxiety. i was give some samples of 7-mig and then i was off and running. i had to get on suboxone bc the obsession over that shit was soooo loud in my brain. today, i’m on 24mgs of subs which has SAVED MY LIFE. and when im ready to get off the subs, i can take the shot so there are no withdrawals. i get it sweet friend. the way our brain can fkn lie to us. all the things our brain will tell us and then the way our brain will justify the use of the 7oh is INSANE. you didn’t die with this relapse, so you do have the ability to get up and keep going!! To try sobriety…it sounds like you are fighting for your life, fighting for your recovery…i don’t know you, but that’s huge and i’m so proud of you!!! another thing that keeps me sober, are AA mtgs, getting a sponsor and working the 12steps…THAT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A BLESSING!! once i did the steps, God did something in my life…anywho, you go mama!!! please please reach out to me if you would like to talk. i can share a lot w you that would help. i’ll be lifting and praying for you 🙏🏼

Girl get to a meeting. I know it sounds cliche but sometimes it really does help. You don't have to throw yourself into the program, but just going to meetings and listening to speakers really helps a lot.

Do you have sober support? I found family in the rooms of NA and st church. Belonging somewhere helps me stay clean. I’ll have 7 years clean off heroin this October

Did you start messing with your suboxen mg or changing times you took it? You are in early recovery and being consistant makes a huge difference. Don't worry about tappering off until you have been stable for a while.

2 years sober off fentanyl and meth...you got this the cravings start going away and become less frequent and much MUCH easier to deal with... you can do it. I was an addict for 20 years and was homeless...now own a home and have 2 kids and a wife. it really is possible

U may not be able to do this on your own, try a sponsor, meeting, detoxe etc. there’s so much help out there. but u can do it .praying for your Recovery

I think it’s amazing that you are showing the world what addicts go through! I have been sober now for 15+years but getting to this point was exactly like this!
