Problem is that most companies hire the cheapest help possible and they usually have no clue about what they are doing or dealing with. Your example of them folding steel gaskets proves they have no clue about any of its works.

Congratulations! I’ve never heard of a 300c with a diesel engine. In the US we only had the petrol variants.
