If you do the 160ct box for 3.49 a box, buy 6 instead of 8, you get more tissues for less OOP ($10.47) and it looks like its tracking towards the EBs as well

Lately extrabucks have been showing that they will count for total cost before discounts and coupons, but after the purchase it’s hit or miss. I’ve gotten some and others never came. Emailed customer support and they’re like ‘nope you didn’t spend enough’. I wonder if it’s a glitch?

This didn’t work for me. Did the online order and it said I met the EB requirement. I happened to do another transaction in store for other items and noticed on the bottom of my receipt that it says I didn’t meet the threshold for the deal.
