In Lebanon they make something similar…Knafeh. People who don’t like the idea of eating cheese with a sweet syrup should think twice…..it’s an absolute taste sensation. I would love to try this Sardinian version one day! 😋

i would love to try this. I'm in Houston Texas. I'm going to look around and see if maybe a restaurant around here has it. I have an aneurysm and I have to be very careful. I can't fly anymore. every since I was a little girl I wanted to go to Italy, and everywhere around it. but God has other plans for me. thank the chef for making that looks fabulous.
