walk in the park is crazy 😅 I love my kids but motherhood humbled me real fast… the exhaustion, emotions, feeling off in my body all at once. nothing prepared me for it and I felt stuck like that for a while. then another mom in a womens group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green and I tried it… 28 lbs down, energy slowly came back, I finally felt like myself again. my favourite one tbh, feels like info nobody shares
