@kirstybooktok: ⸻ I recently started reading Binding 13, and as someone new to this genre, I was honestly really impressed. The storyline is strong and engaging, though it does tackle some very dark and heavy topics, which can be quite intense at times. One thing I kept wondering while reading was when the two main characters would finally get together—it definitely kept me hooked and wanting to read more. It is quite a big book, and I do feel like some parts could have been trimmed down without losing the overall feel or impact of the story. Shortening it a bit might have made it flow even better, but that didn’t take away too much from my enjoyment. Overall, I’d rate it 4 stars. I’m really looking forward to finishing the rest of the series!
