You just need to do it the other way around: place your head against a yoga block while in the pose, and then lean back so your head lifts off the block and you balance on your own. That way there’s no fear of falling. And the key point here is not arm strength, but the core muscles that keep the pelvis stable

I did it and I did the hand stand full leg length up for 3secs to me that was progress thanks man❤️I’m able to do the elbow lever too
