I started eating between 12 and 8 from the day I saw your video, I’ve realised that the “hunger” I would feel in the morning was actually noise because of the programming of my mind, I am actually not hungry earlier in the morning. Since doing this, I feel light and my mind is clearer🥹❤️

Thank you for educating the younger generation with your knowledge. I understand that excessive salt intake can be harmful, especially for individuals with high blood pressure.
I wanted to ask, regarding the daily practice of adding about half a teaspoon of salt to water and drinking it through out day could this have any effect on blood pressure levels, particularly for those who may already have hypertension?

Ei prof I think you are making a mistake on the toothpaste you are using those have fluoride, you can do some research on the long term exposure of fluoride. I suggest you use a toothpaste that is naturally derived without the fluoride.
