my mom's mom just passed and she's having the same thing happen🤦 I have mcas and I'm trying to advise her but she's so hesitant to treat it she doesn't realize that hives are anaphylaxis 🫠🫠

I was diagnosed with MCAS after a surgery! I have to avoid a huge list of foods now, I’ve lost over 100 pounds because it’s so hard to feed myself 😭 and if I have even a touch of a trigger food I go into anaphylactic shock, and there is a whole other group of foods that won’t send me into anaphylactic reaction but will give me crippling other symptoms 🥲
