Into a pot add 1-2 tosp oil Sear both sides of chicken until golden brown Then add boiling water just to cover over top of chicken Add 1/2 white or yellow onion 1 whole head of garlic with bottom chopped off to expose. 2 bay leaves 1/2 tsp black peppercorns 1/2 tbsp better than bouillon Mix & cover for 40-50mins. For the salsa, into a blender add: 2 avocados 1 small bunch of cilantro 1 tomatillo 2 garlic cloves 1/2 jalepeno 1 Serrano pepper (cut top off) 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 tsp ground white pepper 1 tsp better than bouillon 2 limes juiced 1/3 cup of milk BLEND Then slice up half a red onion Chop 1 cucumber in half moons Drain 1 can of corn & 1 can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans Take chicken out pot set aside to cool down Shred chicken Then add everything into large bowl, mix and then serve on top of tostada & enjoy 💕😎
