@primalgourmet: Steak Tacos with Avocado Salsa… easy, delicious & absolutely bursting with flavour. The tacos are loaded with juicy, marinated, cooked-to-perfection steak topped with a fresh, creamy, tangy & slightly spicy avocado salsa. I used flap steak here (highly underrated in my opinion) but you can sub skirt, flank or ribeye. The marinade is also amazing on chicken. For the salsa, if you like it spicy, add more jalapeño or serrano. If you want it mild, remove the seeds or just omit the chiles altogether. Serve on your favourite warmed tortillas, top with some fresh cilantro + onion & serve with some charred green onion .
