For most modern PCs, turning off Vsync is ALWAYS better. You'd easily go from 60 - 70 fps to 120+ just from that alone. With performance mods(Like sodium or Vulkan), you'd get somewhere around 200 - 300. Again, modern PCs* not the computer that's been passed down since your grandparents
