DHCP is for handling IP addresses, issues IP addresses automatically to machines. Whole the DNS is resolving the IP address to a domain name, like Google’s Ip address is 142.251.32.110 and it’s hard to remember this by heart, so that’s where the DNS comes into play, it translates 142.251.32.110 to Google.com
