(He saw my tiktok too, very nice guy). He’s aware of everything and saw the camera footage. He said he was definitely following me and recording me clear as day. He is NOT loss prevention. Manager sent his photo to ALL neighboring Targets. He took my event number from the police. Both said unfortunately there’s nothing you can do to charge him because recording in a public place isn’t a crime in Texas. If he does come back, they will call the cops and charge him for criminal trespassing and he’s going to try to push McKinney Police Department to charge him with something else because there’s so many other women coming forward. **** Would love help finding out who this man is. He followed me and my daughter in the target store off 121 and Custer for over 15 minutes around 1245pm today. He followed me from women’s clothing to jewelry then to little girls clothes and was on every isle and every corner. I immediately clocked him but she was watching videos on my phone at first so I took it to start recording. I said we were leaving to go to Walmart and he walked away, empty handed after walking around following us. After he walked away I immediately went to the front and got security and showed them the videos and they saw him walk out. They reviewed the footage and saw exactly what I had showed them. They made sure he left the premises and security walked me out to my car. My immediate thought is he’s just recording me because you can see every time he switches his phone in his hands he makes sure the camera is pointed at me. My head is always on a swivel as I am hyper aware by nature. I don’t know what his intentions were but I’ll be damned if I don’t blast his photo and I hope everyone shares this.

I called the police and filed an information report this time. The event number did nothing and gets nowhere. Seven other women have come forward about him, recording them or recording them and their children and following them in stores. We have his information and he has an aggravated assault impeding breath charge in Denton county from 2024, he just got off probation in March of this year.
