Nell'esecuzione corretta ✅ il bacino ruota sotto controllo, la schiena resta neutra e il gluteo si attiva al massimo senza compensi. Nell'esecuzione sbagliata ❌ la schiena si iperestende, il bacino perde il controllo e il carico finisce tutto sulla zona lombare. Il risultato? Mal di schiena, zero attivazione del gluteo e la frustrazione di non vedere mai cambiamenti. 😩 Non è questione di caricare più peso – è questione di posizione, angolo e controllo del movimento ‼️ Se senti l'hip thrust nella schiena e non nel gluteo, stai sbagliando qualcosa.
