hii can u help me with my split? rn its glutes then pull then quads then push then glutes. but idk if for pull day i should focus more on back instead of biceps. and then for my arms in genral idk if thats what i should be focusing on. also for my lower body days i was thinking to do glutes heavy then wednesday quads and glutes then friday glutes but more volume? but idk if thats good or not. bc im working on body recomp and losing fat and gaining muscle
