Typescript is fine guys, you can do the heavy lifting in WASM via any fast language like Rust or C, and then obviously 90% of everything in this one is WebGPU which is different from typescript and uses wgsl - and TS is a nice and flexible language and has a massive ecosystem

honestly it's amazing how terrible unity's compilation issue is. You can't even make an edit to your code and then instantly alt+tab back into the editor because it locks the entire window thread for a few seconds while it recompiles. Absolute terrible developer flow, and they seem to be completely unaware or not caring.
