(Link in bio)📕👨🏽🍳 Makes 6 Burritos: 🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯 Calories & Macros 📊 Per Burrito: 620 calories 62g P | 35g C | 25g F For the Beef - 800g lean ground beef (5% or less) - 400g refried beans (these taste great and add fibre and protein but they are optional) - 1/2 red onion diced - 2 tbsp taco seasoning (I used homemade but store bought works too) - 30g tomato paste For the eggs - 8 eggs - 120ml liquid egg whites - 15g light butter - Salt and pepper For the creamy chipotle sauce - 200g 0% greek yoghurt - 50g light mayo 1 tsp chipotle paste - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp salt - chopped cilantro - 1/2 lime juice - 2 tsp honey Other ingredients - 6 protein tortillas (brand: mission) - sub with low carb tortillas - 150g low fat cheese (25g per burrito - I used skim mozzarella) - 120g low fat cheddar (20g per burrito for cheese shell - I used 50% less fat) Extra Notes ✍🏽 - For the cheese shell give the the pan a light spray and wait for it to preheat a little before adding the cheddar, then once bubbling place the burrito folded side down and wait for the cheese to start to brown slightly then fold onto the side of the burrito and slowly over the rest of the cheese to seal Storage & Heating ♨️ - Wrap in foil and store in the fridge for up to a week - To reheat, remove the foil, and microwave for 90-120 seconds after that air-fry or toast in the pan or airfry for a couple minutes to get crispy and enjoy!
