As a powerlifter, from a muscle/strength building POV, I’ve learned that most people are actually working out wayyyy too much and under-recovering! Your body isn’t actively building muscle while you’re working out, muscle forms from your workouts when you are RESTING and RECOVERING! Such a big misconception and I realized I was over-working and under-recovering out for years!
