@tylerpath: If you want a stronger bench press, you should be intentional about what happens even before you begin the press. In other words, having the proper setup on bench press will translate to having better form during your set, which should lead to you being able to have an easier time progressive overloading on the movement. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding

It always looks easy until you are the one laying down on the bench lol… I did 3 sets 8 reps with 30kg each hand two weeks ago and last week I couldn’t do 6 reps on same weight. I hope i progress better this week 💪🏽
