The croissant book does not have the recipe of their bake shop, it's just an "easy version for home bakers" I didn't like it, it's just a beautiful good pictures book

I just purchased the cake Bible, I already have a couple of Rose Levy Beranbaum’s baking books, I love them. I just didn’t know she had one that came out in 2024.

the Baking and Pastry book IS NOT FOR HOME COOKS! its extremely advanced and their recipes are in huge portions. nobody wants to try Ciabatta bread for time but make 15 loaves!
