Caleb seems like he’s genuinely a good boss to work for. Seems like he values his employees, takes care of them but doesn’t coddle them, and they do good work for him. His editing team alone is talented and clearly hard working, he’s had some great edits lately.

it's all about framing. this is no different than paying everyone an extra 1.87/hr for 8hr shifts. which when competing as an employer is nothing. but framing it as a $15 lunch stipend feels a lot better to the employee
