Lol im over here just picturing an average person excited getting their new fixure then going under their sink to find the old fixture rusted in place, fighting that off if they can (ive had to cut out many with an oscillating saw) might get it swapped out just to find months later the connection has been leaking the whole time bc they over tightened and now the cabinet floor is rotted and moldy (hand tighten then 1/4-1/2 turn with a wrench) also most soap dispensers you can just pull the nozzle out and refill, no need to reach under and remove the bottle

crappiest faucet have ever had the pleasure if installing for someone else. Installed, turned on the water and you can tell it was cheap when the angle of the head while fully retracted sent water over the counter and on to the floor... these product had TERRIBLE quality control.

Tell me please because I’ve been trying to install this faucet into my apartment and I can’t get loose one of the sides under the sink where the hot water is the cold water I got off but not the line for the hot water

2 years with ours and the black is starting to chip off and the sprayer doesnt do the shower spray anymore. still works tho.

I just installed one of these for my MIL and I put the lever facing the front instead of the side - it's a much better location for an 87 yr old to use.
