One does not simply buy a plumbing company. Plumbing is pretty regulated in most states. Service is pretty saturated with competitors atm. For commercial construction, finding good project managers is key. Not for a novice.

Not if you’re building vertical ai infrastructure. Theres so many niches and so many problems to build in. I don’t see any plumbing company allowing you to exit for $500m-$1bn+ in 3-4 years
