Always try to use loitering when all else fails. Loitering and prowling has to meet specific guidelines. This wasn't it.

Resisting is a secondary charge. I see this more as assault and battery and kidnapping. For this to be excessive force, they have to have a crime that he is being arrested for 1st.

End qualified immunity and this stops immediately. The police never stop to think if they should do something they just do it then see if it's ok. They don't have real consequences to their actions unless citizens sue them in court.

but what about the cop that just stood there and did nothing to stop it let me guess nothing happened to him but if it was a citizen he would have been charged as an accessory to the crime but its a step in the right direction I guess only because of the attention to the video
